just got back from college, business communication class has been cancelled.
and so i bought some food home for my lunch n dinner.
checked the mail box,found out that the courier guy from pos laju left me a note saying..

"we were at your house but unable to deliver an item to you.please contact our customer service section for second delivery arrangement. You can also collect it at Shah Alam Pos laju Centre."

i have no idea wheres Shah Alam Pos laju. ahaaa!!

SO,

i called up the Customer Service Section to arrange my second delivery.

i told them i'll be home from college tmr after 12pm
so please send my stuff here tmr after 12pm.

that lady who answered my call kept repeating..

"hmm...i try to arrange la..i try la..
i try la..i try la..."
with that kinda tone..

i was soo pissed.her tone and the way she answer me..
like wanted to scold her..

"what try lor, must send ark! duh!
how can u say u try??

what kind of service u ppl provide??!!"..

BUT
i just kept calm and said "okay,bye!"

--what more can i say? im the one who called.
don't want to waste too much of my credit on that call.

she already took quite a long time waiting and asking for my contact number,
address,EN number etc...

i wasted RM2 to call a local number.ish.

sickening lady..

lousy customer service, lousy staff, bad attitude.

shes not a chinese lady btw.(u knw la...aha!!)
